Make Time For YOU!

I believe in making time for yourself. I just got back from two days at the beach. It was amazing what two days can do for the brain & body. It was just me and my time. No commitments, no time restraints, just me! It was great! Fun! Relaxing! I recommend that everybody should do it. Even if it was just for 4 hours to yourself. I give so much of myself all the time that it does the body good to let go and let yourself be free for a while. A rested Charlotte is good! I have been working on making time for me. I set appointments for down time. It is hard for me to do but it is starting to payoff. Make time for you and there is more of you to share. Love yourself enough to make time for yourself.

Change!

Change is healthy! Even a small change is good. Change = Money I always say. I am always a little resistant to change. Over the last 36 years I have started to accept it much easier. Look inside yourself for the change that you need to make. Remember you are in charge of your destiny! Love & Light

Fuel The Spark In You!

Once you know what you want the spark is ready to be lit. Now you need to nurture your spark and help it to catch fire. I have started to spend one hour a day doing something to help my fire grow. Fire is amazing to me because of the organic flow that it shares. I am not a piro! LOL I see fire as a whole story being told from the beginning to the end. Burning Man for example. He is built to be shared and burned to celebrate the new year for burners.

Last year I was gifted a small yellow box with some of the ashes of the Man as I drove out of the city built for one week. I carry the yellow box with me for inspiration. It helps to remind me of what burns inside of me waiting to come out. Burning Man has changed my life and opened my mind. I can not wait to go back very soon.

Home is what I like to call Burning Man for the child inside of me! You have this one life live it! Just get up and do it! I know you can!

Search!

I am always searching for the next door to open in my little life. Maybe if I stopped thinking and waiting it would happen faster. I have heard as soon as you stop and enjoy the NOW a change will come a knocking at your door.

Follow Your Heart

You can still follow your heart at 36 plus pay all your bills! I believe that we are all born to do something huge. Huge can be any size. Think about what is truly inside of yourself and listen. What do you feel? What do you know you truly should be doing in your life? Your heart never lies. That can be scary to open your mind to what your heart is pounding for you to do. I know because I suppress my heart truth. Stop and listen to yourself. You are never going to let yourself down. One accept it you start to attract the right people and tools you need to reach what your true heart destiny is. Than it will grow. Once you have planted the seed it will grow.
